Planner/Calendar
Kathleen C. Cailloux Humane Society of Kerrville is again doing
a wonderful calendar of YOUR animals! All monies
received from the sale of the calendars will go directly
to the HSK Shelter to help defray our costs of
sheltering and caring for our animals.
Deadline for submitting photos:
Monday, June 16, 2008 @ 5pm
Calendars will be available by October 1, 2008
and will sell for $20 each.
How to contribute your pet photo(s):
Option 1:
Print a form to mail
with photo & payment

2:
Submit
order form, photo & payment online
Limited to one
(1) photo per calendar page. If you are purchasing
more than one Pet Page/Tab Page, please submit with
separate forms.

digital photo online, please email to :

Preferred format for emailing photos:
300dpi resolution JPG
If submitting your photo
by mail or personal delivery to HSK: Please
attach a label to the back of your photo(s) indicating
your name, address and phone number. Do NOT write
directly on the back of the photo. Photos WILL NOT be
returned (special circumstances may apply). Photo
size 3x5 or 4x6 preferred. We also accept digital photos
on CD if you prefer. Please print your
information clearly for the planner. The information you
give will be printed directly into the planner exactly
as you indicate. Your special "quotes" or clever wording
make our calendar special.
